The Quadra 650, also sold as the Centris 650, was a mid-range workhorse with three NuBus slots and a 68040 running at 33 MHz. It became a popular choice for schools and mid-sized businesses in 1993 and was one of the most widely deployed professional Macs of the era. Reliable, expandable, and capable of running comfortably into the PowerPC transition with a processor upgrade card.
